A good friend recently told me that he felt sick when people 'judged' him by what he wrote in his blog...At that instant, I remember laughing away his comment but ever since I received a couple of mails / messages which seemed to suggest that I was also under the microscopic lens, I've had mixed feelings abt this whole damn thing.....Rather than adopt the convenient thing that my friend did which was to shut down the blog or the logical thing which was to join issue by replying to those mails / messages, I think I'll be different (Yes Tom, there is my OCD resurfacing again)...I think I will come clean on all my short comings...I think I will show the world how opinionated I am...I shall seek redemption for my shallow tastes...

Most bloggers only project the visible side of their personality in this public space. Most discerning readers know that there is much more to a person than his/her words. By posting this itself, you have inadvertently joined issue. I'd suggest you ignore these rowdy elements. If it still affects you, shift base and send the new URL only to a select few. This should also help you filter those whom you'd rather not have dropping by your blog ;)
Btw, there is a Private Blog facility in Blogger that will delist you from the net which means troublemakers from a random google search will not find you.
