Strawberries and umbrellas – “Play is suspended” and Alan Mills - Smartly dressed ball girls in dark green and purple – The courtesy for the royalty – Sir Cliff Richards and Mick Jagger – Sue Barker and the pilgrimage to Henman Hill……..
Down memory lane:
Borg’s fifth in 1980 - John “You can’t be serious” McEnroe in 1981 – Boom Boom Becker in 1985 – Tearful Novotna in 1993 - The first streaker in 1996 – The People’s final in 2001
